How long will it take?
We carry stock of most items on our site, the stock quantities are shown next to each product. If all your items are in stock, shipping times are very fast.

If an item is shown as being out of stock, you may still purchase it however your order will be delayed for a few weeks as imported stock must clear customs. We will keep you up to date on your order.

If you are in a rush for some of your items it may be better to submit an order with only stocked items and another with delayed items.

We know that most people want to recieve their goods before the weekend and we do our best.

How much will Shipping be?
The freight costs depends on your postcode, and the weight of all items purchased. You can get a freight quote by clicking add to cart and then entering your postcode. You only need to create an account if you are placing an order.

Payment Methods?
We prefer payments by bank transfer, especially large value items. When you have confirmed your order, an email will be send to you immediately with a summary of your purchase and a copy of our bank details.

Please quote your order number when making the transfer. We will begin to process your order as soon as the transaction appears in our account.

We also accept Credit Card payments through PayPal over the Internet only. We cannot take payments over the phone. You will need a PayPal account for this option. If you do not have one you can create one at the time. PayPal add a 3% fee to your order total.

Refunds.
Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
